A Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose School

At Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, we believe a girl must first know herself before she can joyfully serve God and others. We light the path for each student to pursue truth in her studies and life as she becomes a courageously curious thinker and the best version of herself. Because when we do, we unlock her limitless potential to positively impact the world.

The Flintridge Sacred Heart Difference

We elevate the education of young women by cultivating positive relationships with one’s self, others and God.

    • Pursue Truth in All Aspects of Your Life

Teachers and administrators stir a deeper and fuller understanding of truth with the girls, be it in their studies, faith, relationships, or individual identity.

    • Unlock Your Potential to Change the World

With a multicultural residential life program and exciting global service and research opportunities, you will graduate ready to succeed on the world stage.

MY WORLDVIEW EXPANDED AFTER I CAME TO FLINTRIDGE SACRED HEART, BECAUSE I GET TO LEARN ABOUT DIFFERENT CULTURES AND RELIGIONS. I have also learned more about the spiritual aspects of my faith rather than just the physical aspects like communion.

OUR DOMINICAN PILLARS

Rooted in our Dominican Pillars, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy elevates the education of young women by cultivating positive relationships with one’s self, others and God.

PRAYER

STUDY

SERVICE

COMMUNITY

The beauty of these four pillars lies in how seamlessly they support and build upon one another. Prayer fuels our desire for truth, which we seek through study. That truth equips us to contribute meaningfully to our community, and it is through service that we give back to those around us, embodying the faith we nurture in prayer. None of these pillars stand alone—they are part of a holistic approach to living with faith, integrity, and truth. Engaging with all four leads to a life that is rich in both reflection and action, rooted in our Dominican spirit and focused on the common good.

On the Hill you can be authentic, courageous, and faith-filled

At Flintridge Sacred Heart you are welcomed into a
community that supports you in developing your true self.
