Self-Defense Class to Be Taught on FSHA Campus

Following his appearance at the assembly on Wednesday, November 13 (pictured), Nelson Nio of SHIELD Women's Self Defense will be offering a course on the FSHA campus.
The six-week class will run from January 29 to March 5, from 3:30-5:30 p.m. every Wednesday. The course will emphasize the use of core and body strength — rather than the upper body — to ward off attackers.
