In order to be vaccinated, you will need to show:
  1. Photo ID, and
  2. Proof that you live or work in LA County, and
  3. Proof that you are age 16 or older.
One document can cover all requirements (e.g. Driver’s license)

You do not need to show government issued ID and you do not need to be a US citizen to get a vaccine. You can view the required documentation here.

If you are 16 or 17:
  • Look for a site that offers the Pfizer vaccine as that is the only vaccine authorized for 16- and 17-year-olds. You will be turned away if you go to a site that does not offer Pfizer.
  • Bring your parent or guardian when you come for your Pfizer vaccine appointment. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to consent for vaccination.

*Note: People under age 16 cannot get vaccinated at this time because there are no vaccines authorized for use in this age group.
